A New Identity for a New Era of IoT

Aginova brand identity overview including logo, color palette, typography, and visual elements.

Project Overview

Aginova, an established player in sensor and IoT solutions since 2004, initiated a rebranding project with the goal of revitalizing its brand identity. As their technology offering evolved to provide advanced end-to-end IoT solutions, the brand needed to shift from a legacy image to one that reflected innovation, precision, and trust.

New Media Sign was engaged to lead this transformation — delivering a brand that would align seamlessly with Aginova’s modern product line, global ambitions, and IoT-focused growth strategy.

The Challenge

Despite having deep expertise and technological strength, Aginova’s former brand lacked visual consistency, emotional resonance, and a clear connection to its expanding IoT solutions portfolio. The challenge was twofold:

  • Modernize the visual identity without alienating existing industrial clients.

  • Create consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints, from small devices to industrial applications.

Solutions

1. Brand Strategy and Visual Identity

We started by clarifying Aginova’s brand values — innovation, precision, and reliability — and crafted a visual identity that amplified these traits.

  • Logo Redesign:
A dynamic, futuristic “A” symbol was developed, representing advancement, direction, and connectivity. It is bold enough for industrial markets yet minimal for digital platforms.

  • Color Palette:
We introduced a professional yet energetic palette: Deep Blue, Calm Blue, Purple Link, and Deep Black, evoking trust, depth, and a tech-forward mindset.

  • Typography:
Modern, readable typefaces (Montserrat and Nunito Sans) were selected to support digital clarity and industrial precision.

  • Iconography:
A custom set of icons covering sensors, refrigerants, and monitoring devices ensures quick, intuitive recognition across applications.

2. Product Alignment

Aginova’s core products, like the Sentinel ST, Sentinel RS-485, and Sentinel EYE sensors, were rebranded with updated visual packaging and user interface elements to ensure a seamless customer experience across both hardware and software.

3. Digital Transformation

The website was redesigned to reflect Aginova’s new identity with a modern UX/UI, focusing on showcasing IoT solutions, industries served, and real-time case studies. Visuals emphasized clarity, precision, and actionability.

4. Physical Touchpoints

Branded assets were created for:

  • Industrial use (helmets, sensor devices)

  • Corporate environments (large-scale banners, notebooks)

  • Public visibility (tote bags, embroidered wearables)

This approach ensured that Aginova’s identity could adapt gracefully from office spaces to industrial sites.
