PRICING AND SETUP FAQS
We understand that design subscriptions might seem too good to be true. Here are some common questions we receive. If you have more, book a demo and we’ll explain everything.
DO YOU OFFER A FREE TRIAL?
No, we don’t. To try our services, we recommend signing up for a monthly rolling plan, which requires only 7 days’ notice to cancel.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
Yes, we offer discounts on longer-term agreements. For example:
- Sign up for our Agency plan with a 6-month rolling contract and get 20% off the first month and a 10% ongoing monthly discount.
- Sign up for the PRO plan with an annual prepaid subscription and get a flat 20% off per month. For more details, book a demo.
CAN I PAY VIA INVOICE?
Invoice payment is available only for annual prepaid plans. All other plans require an automatic payment method, such as a credit card, debit card, or direct debit.
HOW DO SUBSCRIPTIONS AND CONTRACTS WORK?
Our contracts auto-renew to ensure consistent service and resource planning. Here’s how it works:
- Short-term example: A 1-month rolling contract renews every month until canceled, requiring 7 days’ notice to cancel.
- Long-term example: A 3-month rolling contract renews every three months until canceled, requiring 30 days’ notice to cancel. This applies similarly to 6-month, 12-month, and annual prepaid contracts. More details are in our terms of service.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET SET UP?
After sign-up, you’ll get your account login details and can start submitting design requests immediately. Typically, it takes about 24 hours to set you up with a designer.
I HAVE MORE THAN ONE BUSINESS. CAN I USE ONE ACCOUNT?
Yes, our subscription plans include unlimited brands, allowing you to submit design requests for multiple businesses. However, your designer will work on one active request at a time. For simultaneous work on multiple brands, you may need multiple designers.
CAN I WORK WITH DESIGNERS ON DIFFERENT PLANS?
Yes, you can mix and match plans and work with different designers for various tasks. Book a demo to customize your plan.
